The Board of the Regina Music Festival Association is currently seeking the following sponsors in order to meet our $95,000.00 budget for Festival 2024

Growth through Performance!


There has been a Music Festival in Regina for over 110 years! But… we can’t produce this event for young musicians without a lot of help from Volunteers, Donors, and from major Sponsors of our annual event. We are actively planning for Festival 2024, and hopefully, you can join our team.

Sponsorship Levels

The Regina Music Festival is run each year with the help of Sponsors and Donors who help us cover the 65% of our production and operational costs each year. 


The various levels of support are acknowledged at different levels, as the table shows, but any and all donations make a huge difference to the young musicians who will “Grow Through Performance” in Festival 2024.


A Discipline Sponsor chooses which area to support: Piano, Vocal, Strings, Choral, Pipe Organ, Musical Theatre, Brass/Woodwinds/Percussion.

Festival Sponsor Permanent presence on RMFA website for the Festival year with link to sponsor’s website. Large sign at all entrances to Festival events. Announcement at the beginning of each discipline session throughout Festival. VIP seating for 6 at the final competitions.
Thank you on the “What’s Happening Today” program. Announcement at the final competitions (MLT-Aikins and Lions). 6 tickets to all fundraising events.
Logo on all Facebook posts for Festival year. Announce winners at Lions competition.
Acknowledgement in all interviews regarding the Festival. Meet the adjudicators of the final competitions.

Sustainers Monthly thank you on website. Large sign combining all Sustainers at entrances to Festival events. Periodic reminder to audiences at regular session of Festival to note the signage thanking the Sustainers (at the entrance). VIP seating for 2 at the final competitions.
Thank you on “What’s Happening Today” at least 4 times during Festival. Announcement at the final competition (MLT-Aikins and Lions). 2 tickets to all fundraising events.
Combined recognition on social media at least twice during Festival year.

DONATIONS

We have many, many loyal donors. Without them, we could not cover all of the expenses of our festival: adjudicators fees as well as their travel and living expenses, venue costs, printing, equipment rental, and general operational expenses. With our donor’s help we have managed to remain in the black each year (except one), albeit each year it is typically under $1,000.00. 

You can help – with whatever size financial support you are able. There are several ways to donate.

You may wish to offer a Scholarship


Many of our scholarship donors do so in the name of a loved one. They choose the discipline that most appeals to them (possibly the one they were involved in). Simply contact Katherine Bergman, head of our Scholarship Committee, and she can help you set up an Annual Scholarship.

All donations over $20.00 will receive a tax receipt.
